Edge of the World Distillery is a family-based boutique distillery perched on the west coast of Tasmania. It is exposed to the powerful Roaring Forties winds that journey over 16,000km from Patagonia, South America, remaining untouched by land until they reach the distillery. This unique location provides fresh air, sea mist, and pure rainwater, which serve as the foundation for crafting their exceptional whisky, gin, and spirits. The distillery’s production began in late 2019, following years of sampling, collecting, research, and practice in preparation for this momentous endeavor.
