Founded by Craig Westwood, a former brewer and distiller, the distillery began its recipe development stage in 2015 to create unique and exquisite spirits. Cedar Fox Distilling Co. now has a beautifully designed cellar door where they serve a range of cocktails, wine, and beer.

Brogan’s Way Distillery was born out of a love for spirits and a determination to follow the heart’s calling. Despite the challenges of navigating regulatory hurdles and red tape in an inner-city council, Brogan persevered and opened the doors to her distillery in September 2018.

With a young and talented 24-year-old distiller at the helm, Brogan’s Way Distillery quickly made its mark with award-winning gins. Although Brogan is more reserved, finding joy in spending time with her family, the satisfaction of seeing people enjoy her creations brings a smile to her face.
