Nestled in an industrial unit in St Leonards, Sydney’s North Shore, Finders Distillery is the birthplace of every bottle we produce. Our 300L copper pot still allows us to create each batch individually, using precise quantities of ingredients for the perfect taste. With meticulous care, we dilute our spirit to drinking strength using our multi-stage filtration system, and every step, from bottling to labeling, is done by hand under the same roof.

Founded by a dynamic husband and wife team from Sydney, both seasoned hospitality professionals with a shared passion for crafting flavors and memorable experiences. The driving force behind their venture is refreshingly straightforward – to create exceptional booze.

Their first creation, a dry style gin, reflects their vision for authenticity and simplicity. Rejecting unnecessary distractions, they aimed for a modern classic – creative yet unpretentious, no-nonsense. The duo’s different approaches sometimes lead to diverging ideas and flavors, resulting in occasional challenges, but also moments of sublime discovery.

Adhering to the traditional London Dry style, they embrace an ‘all in’ distillation method, using Australian botanicals whenever possible. The goal is to create gins equally suitable for a Gimlet, Martini, or G&T. Bold and juniper-forward, their gins feature delightful native citrus notes mid-palate and a sweet, satisfying finish.

Dobson’s Distillery, situated in Kentucky, is a family-owned distillery and brewery established in 2004 by Stephen and Lyn Dobson.
