Located in the picturesque hinterland near Apollo Bay and the Great Ocean Road, Otways Distillery is an Australian micro artisan distillery specializing in handmade small batch gin and organic spirits. Celebrating the beauty and abundance of the region, their offerings feature vibrant flavor profiles, local botanicals, and a creative take on traditional liquor. With a dedication to quality and craftsmanship, Otways Distillery takes pride in their growing collection of delicious Australian handmade organic spirits, promising a breath of fresh air in every sip.

Organic Bay Distillery, nestled in Bonbeach, Victoria, is a labor of love founded by two lifelong friends and carpenters, Dean and Dave. United by their shared passion for fine spirits, they embarked on a thrilling journey to create their own unique flavors of organic gins. Trading their carpentry tools for botanicals and herbs, they established a small boutique distillery specializing in organically certified gins. With a commitment to quality and sustainability, their gins are crafted using organic sugar cane ethanol and the traditional single pot still method, ensuring each bottle reflects their dedication to craftsmanship and the environment.

Of All The Gin Joints Distillery is a creatively inspired distillery that crafts exceptional gins with a touch of nostalgic charm and cinematic flair. Their range of gins pays homage to iconic films and the golden age of Hollywood, each offering a unique flavor profile that evokes the magic of the silver screen. With a blend of traditional and innovative distillation techniques, they create gins that take drinkers on a delightful sensory journey. Nosferatu Distillery’s story begins with Rory, a boy who loved art and creativity. After pursuing a career in film and realizing Hollywood wasn’t his destiny, he ventured into the world of wine and spirits. Eventually, he had the idea to create gin, and thus, Nosferatu Distillery was born. With the help of his friends, Rory crafted Nosferatu Blood Orange Gin, the first of a series of gins inspired by film and the arts.

Despite not winning an Oscar for his commercials, Rory’s Nosferatu Blood Orange Gin won the prestigious prize for BEST GIN BOTTLE IN AUSTRALIA at the Australian Gin Awards in 2018, gaining a dedicated following. Chapter 2 introduced Mandrake Cucumber and Mint Gin, inspired by the mythical Mandrake Root and its connections to folklore and literature, including Harry Potter.

Chapter 3 saw the birth of Giselle Pavlova Gin, the delicate younger sister of Nosferatu and Mandrake, which gained popularity beyond expectations. In Chapter 4, Nosferatu Distillery ventured to the Mornington Peninsula to create something unique. Bunyip Sticky Gin was born, a modern interpretation of a French classic called ‘Mistelle,’ blending lemon juniper base with seasonal Australian unfermented grape juice in each batch, ensuring a new twist with every sip. Nosferatu Distillery’s journey is a tale of creativity, innovation, and passion for crafting exceptional gins inspired by art and film.

Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co is a family-owned and operated distillery and regenerative farm located near Bendigo, Victoria. Founded by Dan and Kristin Lemura, who have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, the distillery began its journey while they owned The Noble Experiment Melbourne.

Their fascination with barrel aging cocktails, spirits, and liqueurs led them to create unique offerings for their bar guests. When customers expressed a desire to take these creations home, they decided to apply for an excise license, leading to the birth of Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co.

Initially operating from their home in Wyndham Vale, they eventually moved to their forever home in Longlea in early 2020, where they have 23 acres of countryside to grow their own produce and live sustainably. Sustainability is a core value for the distillery, with spent botanicals repurposed to create fragrances and composted to feed their worm farm, which helps regenerate the soil.

Kris, with her background in sustainability and a Masters in Sustainable Regional Development, continues her research in introducing the circular economy to the craft distilling industry. The couple’s passion for sustainability, distilling, and regenerative farming forms the foundation of Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co’s exciting journey, with much more to come in the future.
